Docking Bay 7 is built as a working cargo hangar with a transport ship parked against one wall and crates stacked to the ceiling. It is counter service with a large indoor dining room, which makes it one of the very few air-conditioned places to eat inside Disneyland Park.
The menu is deliberately unfamiliar — the plates have invented names and the flavors lean toward Asian and Middle Eastern profiles rather than burger-and-fries. The fried chicken plate is the one most people order and the one most people like, and there are properly built plant-based options rather than a token salad.
The theming does real work here. Cast members stay in character, the ambient audio is a spaceport rather than a food court, and the ship in the room is worth walking around before you sit down. It is the most complete themed dining room at Disneyland, which is not the same as saying it has the best food.
Better than it needs to be and the only real air-conditioned meal in this half of the park. The chicken plate is good; the more adventurous dishes are hit and miss and priced the same.

Yes, and earlier than you think. Pickup windows fill up during peak lunch and the walk-up line is the longest in Galaxy's Edge. Place the order an hour or more before you plan to eat and adjust the window as you go.
