BaseLine is a narrow storefront bar built to look like a district printing shop that became a taproom. The list is almost entirely California beer, cider and wine, with a handful of cocktails, and it is the only place at Hollywood Studios where the drinks selection was clearly assembled by somebody who cared.
The food is limited by design: pretzels with beer cheese, a charcuterie board, a couple of snacks. It is not a meal and it does not want to be. What it has is a cool indoor room, a shaded courtyard with proper tables, and a genuinely good beer list at the entrance to Galaxy's Edge.
Grand Avenue is quieter than it used to be. A section of the land is behind construction walls following the 2025 closure of the Muppets area, which has made this end of the park feel more like a corridor. BaseLine itself is unaffected and remains open.
The best drinks in the park by a distance and the least pretentious place to have one. Skip Oga's if what you actually want is a good beer in a cool room.

Our take: The pretzel the Mickey-shaped one wishes it were: warm, fresh, with a dip that is genuinely made rather than pumped. Order it with a flight and skip the cart version entirely.

No. It is a walk-up bar with no reservations. It gets busy from late afternoon into the evening, but the courtyard seating means you rarely wait long for somewhere to stand or sit.
